Moeschamara takes your privacy seriously and will process and use your personal data in a secure manner. This privacy statement describes Moeschamara’s policy regarding privacy.
Moeschamara may process personal data about you because you use the services of Moeschamara and/or because you provide your data to Moeschamara through a registration form (for an event and/or the Moeschamara newsletter) on the website. Depending on the services you purchase from Moeschamara, we may process the following personal data:
+ first and last name;
+ address details;
+ phone number;
+ email address;
+ personalized feedback to you with the summary of a healing session;
+ other personal data that you actively provide, such as by telephone, verbally, digitally, in correspondence, for example (where relevant) in the context of a healing: about your life and/or your health.
Moeschamara processes this data for the following purposes:
+ call, whatsap or email you when necessary to perform Moeschamara services;
+ Moeschamara is required by law to include your address information on the invoice of a healing or event;
+ Moeschamara will email you a summary after a healing session, to inform you of the insights and proceeds of a healing session and so that Moeschamara can retrieve your data in preparation for your next session and/or if necessary, to answer you if you have any questions regarding the healing (session);
+ any other personal data Moeschamara processes so that Moeschamara can retrieve these data if necessary in the context of its services to you.
Moeschamara does not process your data for purposes other than those mentioned above.
Moeschamara processes the following special and/or sensitive data when you purchase a healing from Moeschamara:
+ Health
Moeschamara does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, Moeschamara cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. Moeschamara therefore recommends that parents be involved in their children’s online activities to avoid collecting data on children without parental consent. If you believe that Moeschamara has collected personal information about a minor without such consent, please contact us at welkom@moeschamara.nl and Moeschamara will delete this information.
Moeschamara takes seriously the protection of your personal data and therefore takes appropriate measures to protect your data as best as possible against loss, misuse, unauthorized access and unwanted disclosure.
The Moeschamara website uses a reliable TLS Certificate to ensure that your personal data is not transferred into the wrong hands. You can tell by the address bar “https” and the padlock in the address bar.
Furthermore, Moeschamara never uses an unknown and/or open-access Wi-Fi when processing your data.
The devices Moeschamara works with such as an iMac and Macbook are locked with a strong password, and the iPhone and iPad are locked with both a PIN and Touch ID.
Moeschamara regularly updates its website’s plugins and WordPress CMS and backs up the website and data on secure and encrypted devices.

Moeschamara will not provide your data to third parties unless necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
With any companies that process your data on behalf of Moeschamara, such as MailChimp for sending the Moeschamara newsletter (which you can sign up for with your name and email address), Moeschamara ensures that the same level of security and confidentiality of your data is guaranteed. If Moeschamara works with a third party for an event, your name and email address may be provided to that third party in appropriate cases, and then only for the preparation, execution and handling of that specific event. In that case, Moeschamara enters into a processing agreement with this third party in advance to ensure that your data is properly secured and processed with the same care as by Moeschamara.
Moeschamara will not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your data is collected.
Moeschamara maintains the following retention periods:
+ In the case of a healing, Moeschamara retains your data for the duration of a healing until 3 after its completion;
+ in other cases up to 3 years after the completion of the activity you had signed up for (this does not apply to newsletter subscriptions and requests for free materials or files, here a retention period applies without an end date, you can unsubscribe yourself from the newsletters).
After these retention periods, your data will be deleted unless there is a statutory retention period. If records are kept longer because they are substantively relevant or interesting, they are anonymized and retained after the retention period.
Moeschamara uses only functional and analytical cookies. A cookie is a small file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. The cookies used by Moeschamara are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. They make sure the website is working properly. The analytical cookies allow Moeschamara to better understand the functioning of the website. This way, Moeschamara can optimize its website.
You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data. You may send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to welkom@moeschamara.nl. Moeschamara will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks. To ensure that the request for access is made by you, please include a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy.
You have the right to deny Moeschamara certain data processing. However, this may affect the services provided to you. Finally, you have the right to data portability. This means that you can make a request to Moeschamara to send the personal data that Moeschamara has about you in a computer file to you or to another organization named by you.
If you feel that your information is not properly secured, you can always contact Moeschamara at welkom@moeschamara.nl. In the unlikely event that we cannot work it out together, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Authority.
